Rise Studios was started in Toronto by a girl who loves plants, nature and creating things. It started because nothing made me smile all over quite like bringing home a new plant or flowers from the market, and so I decided to dive into pottery in order to make my own planters and vases to give my fresh finds a happy new home. This quickly bloomed into a full on obsession with wheel-throwing and ceramics! Getting your hands dirty with clay gives you the power to bend all the elements of earth, water and fire to make something functional, and beautiful. It's simply magical.
